1. Manager: Human Capital Development and Transformation

Minimum Requirements:

  • B Degree and/or 3-year tertiary qualification in the relevant field.
  • 1-2 years’ management experience in Human Capital Management.
  • A postgraduate qualification is advantageous.
  • Computer literacy and a valid driver’s license are essential.

Duties:

  • Manage Human Capital Performance Management Systems and Employee Wellness Programs.
  • Facilitate training, skills development, and transformation initiatives (Employment Equity, HIV/Aids, etc.).

  • 1-2 years’ experience in Labour Relations.
  • Knowledge of Public Service legislation and CCMA processes.

Duties:

  • Investigate misconduct allegations, draft reports, and represent the employer in hearings.
  • Conduct training on labour relations policies and collective agreements.
