- Lead and manage daily operations within the Inventory Department.
- Compile and analyze daily inventory reports.
- Ensure optimal space utilization and achieve cancel lines/picking exception targets.
- Manage stock rotation, working closely with marketing for expiring items.
- Conduct regular stock checks to monitor and reduce shrinkage.
- Investigate lost or misallocated stock and manage damages efficiently.
Requirements:
- Experience in Inventory Management, especially with perishables.

Responsibilities:
- Administer payroll processes for various staff categories (permanent, fixed term).
- Manage the leave process through the ESS system and process claims/expenses.
