Job Purpose:
To assist walk-in customers with cash-related transactions, including deposits and withdrawals. The successful candidate will assess and address customer needs efficiently while delivering outstanding service within the bank’s financial solutions framework.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce or a related field.
Experience and Skills:
-Previous branch banking experience is an added advantage.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced banking environment.
Contract Details:
- Fixed-term contract for six (6) months.
- Work schedule: Ten (10) days per month.
