Job Mission
The Clinic Nurse will ensure the efficient operation of the clinic, adhering to company policies and regulatory standards while supporting the achievement of clinic and company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee clinic administration and daily operations
- Conduct client consultations and provide medical care
- Maintain client relations and ensure patient satisfaction
- Ensure quality assurance and compliance with medical standards
- Supervise people management within the clinic
Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in General Nursing
- Advanced Diploma in Family Nurse Practice (advantageous)
- Post-graduate qualification in Occupational Health and Safety (advantageous)
- Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Botswana
Experience
- Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience
- Clinical experience in public or private healthcare, with a focus on managing outpatient clinics

- Self-driven and able to work independently
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Team player with flexibility to work in different environments
- Highly organized with excellent follow-through abilities
