Overview:

KFC is looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and service-oriented individuals to join their team as Part-Time Team Members in Odendaalsrus and Viljoenskroon. Key Responsibilities:

Back-of-House (Kitchen):

-Prepare and cook KFC menu items efficiently and accurately

-Cut, prep, and store ingredients according to procedures

-Wrap and package food orders correctly

-Ensure compliance with portion and quality control standards

-Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and organised

-Report low stock and equipment issues

-Store inventory following food safety standards

Front-of-House (Customer Service):

-Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner

-Take and process orders using the point-of-sale (POS) system

-Promote menu items and current promotions

-Handle cash and card payments accurately

-Deliver orders to customers at the counter, drive-thru, or table

-Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the front-of-house area

-Assist with answering phones and customer queries

Team Contribution:

  • Follow all restaurant closing duties and hygiene protocols
  • Support team members across various workstations
  • Uphold company standards in customer service and cleanliness

Requirements:

  • Matric Certificate
  • Reside within 15 km of the store location
  • Clear criminal record
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
