Overview
Join Sterns, part of the TFG Jewellery family, as a Sales Associate where you will represent our brand with enthusiasm and deliver outstanding customer experiences. In this role, you will drive sales by providing tailored solutions, ensuring our store is always ready for customers, and keeping abreast of the latest décor and fashion trends.
Responsibilities
-Serve as a brand ambassador, consistently offering an exceptional customer experience.
-Exceed customer expectations by understanding their needs and providing optimal solutions.
-Actively monitor and track sales performance against set targets.
-Sell a diverse range of products while staying updated on current décor and fashion trends.
-Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities.
-Assist with stock replenishment to ensure the store remains well-stocked and inviting.
Qualifications & Experience
- BGCSE (Botswana General Certificate of Secondary Education) or equivalent.
