Overview
BUCO George is seeking dedicated and experienced Drivers to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering goods, maintaining the vehicle, and providing excellent customer service. This permanent position offers a market-related salary.
Responsibilities
- Deliver goods to customers efficiently and safely.
- Ensure the vehicle is neatly packed to prevent damages and breakages.
- Supervise and assist with loading and unloading of goods.
- Conduct daily inspection checks and report any defects.
- Maintain the vehicle in good condition.
- Ensure the correct quantities and supplies are delivered.
- Work towards reducing vehicle-related costs.
- Authorize delivery notes and collect COD payments.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Uphold and promote the company’s values and culture.
Requirements
- Grade 12 certificate.
- Valid Code 10 (HV) and Code 8 (LV) driver’s licenses (for vehicles < 3501 kg and < 9000 kg).
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant driving experience.
