Job Overview

Totalsports, the leading sportswear and lifestyle retailer under TFG, is seeking an achievement-driven Store Manager with a strong passion for customer service, people management, and sales. This role requires retail experience, a flair for visual merchandising, and a solid understanding of stock and administration. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader who can drive sales, manage operational efficiencies, and develop a high-performing store team.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and achieve store turnover targets.
• Monitor and control expenses to optimize profitability.
• Manage stock losses and ensure shrinkage remains within company standards.
• Lead and develop store staff through recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Implement and maintain in-store merchandising standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by executing customer-centric strategies.
• Manage store operations, including stock management, admin processes, and compliance.

Qualifications and Experience

• Botswana General Certificate of Secondary Education (BGCSE) or equivalent.
• Minimum three years of retail experience, with at least one year in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of retail sales, stock control, and administration.
