Overview

We are seeking an achievement-oriented Store Manager for our Totalsports store in Botswana. Key Responsibilities

  • Drive store turnover to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Manage and control store expenses to maximize profitability.
  • Monitor and reduce stock losses, ensuring shrinkage is kept in line with company standards.
  • Lead people management tasks, including staff recruitment, development, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Execute and maintain in-store merchandising strategies and standards.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by adhering to our customer service strategy and fulfilling customer demands.
  • Handle all store administration, including financial reporting and stock management.

Qualifications

  • A Matric certificate (required).
  • Minimum of 3 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in store leadership.
