Responsibilities:
- Execute tasks assigned by the head miller and Production Manager.
- Perform mill duties according to role requirements.
- Complete the Trainee Miller Program within the designated timeframe.
- Optimize workforce, machinery, equipment, and mill operations.
- Maintain hygiene, health, safety, and pest management standards in the mill.
Requirements:
- Matric qualification with a minimum of 70% in Mathematics and Science.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Adhere to set targets for GMF training.
- Participate in practical training in screensroom and related areas.
- Engage in practical training in wheat and maize plants.
- Follow safety regulations per the OHS Act and Food Safety standards.
- Carry out tasks assigned by the head miller and Production Manager.
- Perform mill duties as required by the role.
- Complete the Trainee Miller Program within the allocated timeframe.
- Ensure optimization of workforce, machinery, equipment, and mill operations.
- Maintain hygiene, health, safety, and pest management in the mill.
