Function of the Position:

The objective of the Training Programme is to establish a succession plan for critical positions at Transnet Port Terminals (TPT) by means of a methodical twelve-month training program. Learners are assigned to particular domains in accordance with their academic credentials, professional ambitions, and organizational needs.

Positional Results:

  • Follow a structured training program • Undergo performance evaluations and assessments • Perform all duties in the development program and others reasonably required by Transnet Port Terminals.

Credentials and Experience:

  • Matric or Grade 12 equivalent (based at TPT Richards Bay Terminal) or NQF Level 4
  • A certificate program completion in operations management, logistics, or a related field is an asset.
