Key Responsibilities
Office Hygiene Management
-Ensure cleanliness of the entire office area.
-Monitor and manage stock of cleaning supplies.
-Retrieve supplies from the storeroom as needed.
-Collect cups, plates, and utensils from desks and common areas within stipulated times.
-Maintain a clean and tidy kitchen throughout the day, including during lunch hours.
-Place orders for cleaning materials and refreshments.
Refreshment Service
- Prepare and serve refreshments to guests and staff during allocated break times.
Office Management
-Assist with organizing team events and celebrations.
-Provide relief reception cover when required.
-Support various departments with general office assistance.
-Manage the switchboard efficiently and professionally, ensuring all incoming calls are handled appropriately.
-Welcome and receive guests in a professional manner.
-Oversee boardroom and meeting room bookings.
-Monitor and record staff daily movements.
-Perform general office administration duties.
Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Grade 12 or Botswana General Certificate of Secondary Education (BGCSE).
- Experience: 2–3 years of similar experience.
- Other Requirements:
- Well-presented and able to maintain excellent hygiene standards.
- Physically active, with the ability to stand for extended periods.
