Position: Cross Trained Sales Consultant Learnership
Location: All Provinces
Responsibilities:
As a Cross Trained Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Working a minimum of 120 hours during the learnership period.
- Actively engaging in learning and knowledge-building activities.
- Preparation for assessments and demonstrating competency as a cross-trained sales consultant.
- Assisting customers in finding merchandise and providing excellent customer service.
- Merchandising the store according to the MBP (Merchandise Best Practices) principles.
- Handling payments and purchases using the POS (Point of Sale) system.
- Opening new customer accounts.
- Maintaining and controlling stock losses.
- Building and nurturing relationships with customers.
- Ensuring and maintaining customer security and safety.
Requirements:
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you should possess:
- Matric / Grade 12 Certificate.
- Passion for fashion and retail.
- Commitment to learning and completing logbooks.
- Willingness to work a minimum of 120 hours during the learnership period.
- Ability to prepare for assessments and demonstrate competency in a cross-trained role.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
- Ability to merchandise and maintain store presentation as per MBP principles.
- Familiarity with the POS system for handling transactions.
