Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Driver to join our team at Fedics, a division of Tsebo Solutions Group. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering items as scheduled, picking up goods and reports daily, and assisting with various kitchen duties. You will be expected to adhere to South African road safety laws and ensure vehicle roadworthiness.
Responsibilities:
- Arrive on time for work.
- Deliver items and pick up goods and reports daily as per schedule.
- Ensure the vehicle is roadworthy through pre- and post-trip inspections.
- Maintain a logbook to record mileage for each trip.
- Submit petrol slips monthly.
- Provide professional and excellent customer service.
- Assist with kitchen duties including food preparation, operating the cash register, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Ensure compliance with cleanliness and hygiene regulations.
- Maintain quality standards for customer service, health and safety, and food.
- Assist in training new employees.
- Store and record food leftovers.
- Maintain cleanliness in the canteen, kitchen, and other areas.
- Meet customer expectations within contract provisions.
- Count and hand over stock to the next shift staff where applicable.
- Perform any other duties as requested by management.
- Report and act on customer and client feedback.
- Attend necessary meetings and training courses.
Requirements:
- Qualifications:
- Grade 12
- Code 10 Valid Driver’s License
- PDP License (advantageous)

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong planning and organizing abilities

- Accurate data recording and updating
