ULT Care – Driver Position 2023

Location: Johannesburg, Gauteng

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• At least two years of delivery experience
• A must-have PDP
• Must be truthful and trustworthy.
• Effective communication abilities
• The ability to work under duress
• Excellent time management abilities
• No criminal record

Key Performance Indicators will include, but not limited to;

• Vehicle inspection before to departure and return.

• Inspection lists must be returned to the Dispatch Supervisor every Monday for approval before a new inspection list is issued. Before the vehicle can leave the premises, any mistakes on it must be notified immediately.

• When checking parcels with the runner / supervisor prior to loading into the vehicle, always follow the New Dispatch Loading process.

• Delivering parcels to consumers along your specified route according to the route schedule and trip sheet.

• Ensure that the POD method is followed by the customer.

• Follow the RFC procedure.

• Delivering all documents and collecting slips assigned to your trip sheet, as well as receiving POD.

• Sign trip sheets in at the POD clerk and ensure that all paperwork allocated to your name are complete and returned the next day.

• You will be held accountable for any claims on No pod queries if you have outstanding trip sheets.

• There will be no stock transfers between client stores.

• Vehicle maintenance and cleaning, as well as reporting any problems to the dispatch supervisor as soon as possible.

• Inform the dispatch supervisor of any problems with deliveries or PODs.
