Responsibilities:
-Patrol and monitor premises to ensure safety and security.
-Control access to facilities and check identification and credentials.
-Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, ensuring appropriate action is taken.
-Report and document security breaches, incidents, and any suspicious activities.
-Provide assistance and support to employees, visitors, and other security personnel.
-Maintain a visible and professional presence at all times.
Requirements and Skills:
-Must be a Motswana citizen.
-Minimum of Junior Certificate or BGCSE.
-Age range: 21 to 50 years.
-Experience as a Security Officer is an added advantage.
-Medically and physically fit for security duties.
-No criminal records.
-Strong observational and communication skills.
-Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in emergencies.
