Program Overview:
- Nature of Milk Understanding: Gain insight into the characteristics and composition of milk.
- Milk Reception Techniques: Learn the process of receiving milk and its initial handling.
- Lab Testing Procedures: Understand and perform laboratory tests crucial in dairy processing.
- CIP (Cleaning in Place) & COP (Cleaning Out of Place): Master the cleaning techniques vital for maintaining hygienic dairy processing environments.
Program Duration: This comprehensive 12-month programme combines theoretical learning with practical hands-on experience, setting the foundation for a successful career in dairy processing.
