Overview
The Foschini Group (TFG) is offering an exciting YES Youth Learnership Programme opportunity at its Sneaker Factory stores. This 12-month programme will equip young South Africans with valuable retail work experience, opening doors for future career growth in the retail industry.
Minimum Requirements
-Age: 18–28 years old.
-Education: Matric (preferred) or minimum Grade 10.
-Available to work on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
-Not permanently employed with a single employer for more than 1 year.
-Not studying full-time in the year of employment.
-Must not have participated in the YES programme before.
-Accommodation and transport costs are the applicant’s own responsibility.
-Preference given to candidates from designated groups in terms of the Employment Equity Act.
