-Deliver outstanding service to customers via phone, email, and chat.
-Address inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
-Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.
-Maintain up-to-date customer records and data.
-Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Friendly demeanor with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in customer service is an advantage.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
