ZMG Isuzu Dealership is seeking a dynamic and results-driven New and Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Executive to join our esteemed team. Key Responsibilities
- Sales Generation
- Engage actively with customers to understand their needs and offer suitable vehicle options from our range of new and pre-owned Isuzu vehicles.
- Customer Service
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience by guiding clients through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery and post-sale support.
- Product Knowledge
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of all vehicle features, specifications, and benefits to effectively address customer inquiries and enhance sales efforts.
- Test Drives
- Arrange and oversee test drives, ensuring customers have an informative and enjoyable experience.
- Sales Documentation
- Prepare and manage necessary documentation, including sales contracts, finance applications, and vehicle registration paperwork.
- Follow-up
- Maintain consistent communication with potential and existing customers to foster relationships, encourage repeat business, and generate referrals.
- Sales Targets
- Consistently meet and exceed dealership sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Market Research
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Marketing and Promotions
- Assist in implementing dealership marketing campaigns and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Team Collaboration
- Work closely with finance, service, and parts departments to ensure a seamless and integrated customer experience.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Minimum Diploma (Additional qualifications in sales or automotive management are advantageous).
- Experience: 2-4 years of automotive sales experience, preferably in a dealership environment.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of automotive products, market dynamics, and customer preferences.
- Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Technology: Proficiency in Dealership Management Systems software.
- Driving License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
