Role Overview
As a Permanent Store Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering a premium shopping experience, supporting store operations, and maintaining the high standards associated with Spitz. You will engage customers with confidence, assist with sales, manage stock processes, and ensure the store environment reflects the brandβs sophistication.
Key Responsibilities
Cash Control & Accuracy
– Perform cash desk duties with complete accuracy
– Ensure zero variances and follow all cash handling procedures
– Manage daily banking and manual transactions
Stock Management
– Execute daily stockroom processes and maintain stock integrity
– Manage customer orders efficiently
– Conduct weekly stock counts and maintain storeroom organisation
– Complete shoe pairing to ensure display accuracy
Customer Service & Sales Support
- Deliver elegant, knowledgeable, and memorable customer interactions
- Build relationships through personalised styling and product advice
- Uphold Spitzβs luxury brand values through professional conduct
Minimum Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12 (essential)
- 6 months β 1 year retail experience (luxury/fashion experience an advantage)
- Passion for premium fashion, footwear, and customer service
