We’re searching for an energetic, customer-focused Shop Assistant to join our Middelburg team and help bring the magic to life in-store.

Key Responsibilities
– Deliver AWESOME customer service and ensure every shopper enjoys a WOW experience
– Understand and respond to individual customer needs
– Provide prompt and helpful assistance in-store and telephonically
– Follow all customer service standards and company procedures
– Identify customer requirements and advise on product options, pricing, and warranties
– Demonstrate and explain products confidently
– Drive sales, including add-on and upsell opportunities
– Ensure merchandise is correctly priced, ticketed, and attractively displayed
– Execute promotions and seasonal layouts timeously
– Maintain excellent store housekeeping standards
– Report fast and slow movers to the Store Manager
– Participate in stock takes and stock counts
– Reduce stock loss and control shrinkage
– Manage expenses within your area of responsibility
– Protect company assets and maintain operational integrity
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric
- At least 6 months retail experience
- Must have own or reliable transport (shift work required)
