Overview:
Clicks is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Beauty Assistant to join the team at Clicks Blueberry Square. This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about beauty and skincare, and who enjoy engaging with customers to deliver service excellence and drive sales within the beauty department.
Responsibilities:
-Provide professional advice and consultations to customers on beauty and skincare products.
-Promote, cross-sell, and up-sell products to meet and exceed sales targets.
-Stay informed on current beauty trends, product ranges, promotions, and events.
-Execute daily operational activities, including stock management and merchandising.
-Maintain high standards of housekeeping and product display.
-Promote and enroll customers for Clicks ClubCard to meet participation targets.
-Support brand loyalty by promoting exclusive and private label products.
-Represent the brand as a visible, friendly, and professional ambassador.
Requirements:
Qualifications and Experience:
-Essential: Grade 12
-Desirable: Beauty/Skincare qualification
-Desirable: Retail/FMCG experience in beauty, sales, or marketing
Knowledge and Skills:
-Understanding of selling principles and customer service excellence
-Knowledge of beauty and skincare products
-Retail operations and merchandising understanding
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Confidence, engagement, and result-oriented approach
