Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Blockman Supervisor to oversee operations in our butchery. This role requires expertise in meat cutting and processing, as well as strong leadership skills to manage and support the team. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest standards of product quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

-Supervise and coordinate daily activities within the butchery.

-Cut, debone, trim, and prepare meat products according to specifications.

-Ensure proper storage, packaging, and labeling of all products.

-Train and mentor team members to improve skills and maintain productivity.

-Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for inventory replenishment.

-Maintain compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.

-Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Blockman in a butchery environment.
  • Strong knowledge of meat cuts, preparation techniques, and safety standards.
  • Leadership and supervisory experience.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
