Overview:

FNB Lesotho is seeking a motivated and service-driven Client Service Representative to enhance customer experience across multiple service channels including telephone and email. The role is essential in promoting excellence in client service, strengthening customer relationships, and supporting the bank’s strategic growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

-Deliver a consistent, world-class customer experience in line with set performance standards.

-Support the transition of customers from traditional to self-service banking channels.

-Grow and manage the active client account base to expand the customer portfolio.

-Monitor and guide sales and service activities to improve efficiency.

-Identify and act on cross-selling opportunities to deepen customer relationships.

-Ensure full compliance with the bank’s procedures and operational “Golden Rules.”

Requirements and Skills:

Educational Qualification: Degree in Business Management, Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience: 1–3 years in a client-facing or banking environment.
Additional Advantage: Working knowledge of FNB’s product offerings.
