Key Responsibilities
- Report punctually for shifts and complete all assigned tasks efficiently.
- Welcome customers warmly and provide excellent service.
- Take and process customer orders quickly and accurately.
- Prepare food items according to McDonald’s recipes and standards.
- Package orders neatly for dine-in, drive-thru, or delivery.
- Operate fryers, grills, ovens, and other kitchen equipment safely.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Assist with stock management and inventory control.
- Work as part of a team to meet restaurant sales and performance goals.
- Handle customer complaints politely and resolve issues effectively.
- Comply with safety, security, and food hygiene procedures.
- Be available to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Entry Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12.
- Proficiency in English.
- Must live within 15km of the branch.
- Clear criminal record.
Preferences (Optional)
- Previous experience in customer service or as a Crew Member.
- Candidates aged between 18 and 65.
