Overview
KFC Botswana is currently recruiting Delivery Drivers for its Jwaneng and Francistown outlets.
The company is seeking dedicated and responsible delivery riders who own a reliable motorbike. This role is ideal for self-motivated individuals who enjoy riding and providing excellent customer service while being part of a growing brand.
Key Responsibilities
-Safely and efficiently deliver food and other items within the specified time frame
-Plan and follow the most efficient delivery routes
-Provide excellent customer service at all times
-Handle all deliveries carefully to prevent damage
-Communicate clearly with customers and the dispatch team regarding delivery status
-Adhere strictly to traffic laws and company safety guidelines
-Perform basic maintenance and upkeep of your motorbike
Minimum Requirements
- BGCSE qualification
- Must own a reliable motorbike suitable for deliveries
- Valid motorbike driving licence
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a delivery rider or in a similar role
- Good knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns
- Strong time management and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Physically fit and able to work long hours
- Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings
