Available Positions:

1. Registry Clerk

  • Location: Braamfontein, Gauteng
  • Reference No.: 034

Requirements:

-Grade 12 (NQF Level 4)

-No experience required

-Valid driverโ€™s license

Key Skills & Knowledge:

-Knowledge of registry functions, records management, data capturing

-Computer literacy and understanding of public service legislative framework

-Good communication and organisational skills

Duties:

-Provide registry counter services and manage incoming/outgoing correspondence

-Filing and records management

-Operate registry-related machines

-Archive or dispose of documents according to procedures


2. Administration Clerk (SAMODD)

  • Location: Welkom, Free State
  • Reference No.: 031

Requirements:

-Grade 12 (NQF Level 4)

-No experience required

Key Skills & Knowledge:

-Understanding of administrative processes and public service policies

-Strong numeracy, communication, and interpersonal skills

-Basic computer proficiency

Duties:

-Capture and maintain SAMODD database

-Record and manage mine labour statistics

-Handle general enquiries and assist with clerical duties


3. Administration Clerk
