Requirements:
-Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent
-Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Fireworks an advantage)
-Good written and verbal communication skills
-Planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Duties:
-Provide general clerical support: organize, capture and retrieve data and documents
-Handle routine enquiries and communications
-Maintain intranet/internet content for the Defence Reserves Division
-Manage procurement and catering logistics
-Maintain asset and document registers
-Perform secretarial duties including correspondence typing and document distribution
2. Position: Administration Clerk: Production
Location: Regional Office Northern Cape (Kimberley)

-Strong interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skills
Duties:
-Maintain correspondence, registers, and data capturing
-Provide supply chain support: quotations, procurement forms, asset and stationery control
-Handle personnel admin: attendance, leave, travel arrangements
-Perform financial admin duties such as expenditure updates

-Arrange travel, meetings, and events for the Director
-Submit claims and record meeting minutes
-Draft correspondence and manage filing systems
