Key Responsibilities
-Install various types of flooring materials including tiles, hardwood, vinyl, laminate, and others.
-Conduct repairs and maintenance of existing flooring installations.
-Interpret and follow blueprints, floor plans, and technical specifications.
-Ensure work quality meets client expectations and industry standards.
-Collaborate effectively with other technicians and site personnel on construction sites.
Requirements and Skills
-Minimum of 3 years’ practical experience in flooring installation.
-Proficient knowledge of different flooring materials and associated installation techniques.
-Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
-Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
-Team-oriented attitude with effective communication and collaboration skills.
-Valid trade certification or demonstrated equivalent hands-on experience.
