Overview:
Mukuru is seeking self-driven and energetic Sales Persons to join our team on a short-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for young individuals who are passionate about sales, customer engagement, and growing within a vibrant work environment.
Position Purpose:
To actively promote Mukuru services, engage with potential customers, and convert leads into sales through direct interaction and community outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
-Promote Mukuruโs financial services to new and existing customers
-Meet daily and weekly sales targets
-Provide excellent customer service during all interactions
-Educate clients on product offerings and promotions
-Represent the Mukuru brand professionally in various communities
Minimum Requirements:
–BGCSE certificate
–Age: 18โ30 years
–Fluent in English (additional language fluency is an advantage)
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Energetic and motivated
-Willingness to learn and grow within the company
-Must be a team player with a positive attitude
Added Advantage:
-Fluency in multiple local languages
-Prior sales or customer service experience
