Overview:
@home, part of The Foschini Group (TFG), is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Game City in Gaborone. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, loves home dรฉcor, and enjoys delivering exceptional service that makes people feel truly at home.
Key Responsibilities:
-Serve as a brand ambassador by delivering an outstanding guest experience
-Understand customer needs and offer tailored product solutions
-Monitor and exceed personal and store sales targets
-Stay current on dรฉcor and fashion trends across our diverse product range
-Replenish stock and maintain a visually appealing store environment
-Proactively seek out new sales opportunities
-Handle multiple responsibilities efficiently during peak hours
Minimum Requirements:
Education:
- BGCSE
Experience:
- Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred, but not mandatory
Skills & Competencies:
