Overview
Totalsports, part of the TFG (The Foschini Group) family, is looking for a passionate and performance-driven Sales Associate to join our team at Game City in Gaborone. Key Responsibilities
-Represent the Totalsports brand and provide exceptional customer experiences.
-Identify customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations and solutions.
-Track and meet individual sales performance targets.
-Stay informed on the latest fashion, sport, and dรฉcor trends to enhance customer interactions.
-Seek out opportunities to drive additional sales and grow the customer base.
-Assist in stock replenishment and maintain the presentation of the store at all times.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
-BGCSE (Botswana General Certificate of Secondary Education)
-Previous retail or sales experience will be an advantage
