Introduction
Clicks is seeking 20 Shop Assistants / Cashiers to join their stores in Volksrust and surrounding areas. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, maintaining an efficient point-of-sale environment, and ensuring high merchandising standards that contribute to a positive shopping experience.
Key Job Objectives
- Efficiently perform all point-of-sale (POS) operational activities.
- Accurately scan merchandise and process payments, including ClubCard rewards.
- Ensure safe and responsible handling of cash at all times.
- Proactively promote and register new customers for Clicks ClubCard.
- Inform customers about promotions to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
- Deliver outstanding customer service as a visible and professional brand ambassador.
- Maintain store merchandising, displays, and housekeeping in line with Clicksโ standards.
- Support the company vision of being South Africaโs preferred health and beauty retailer.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and store events.
Knowledge Required

Minimum Requirements
Education
- Grade 12 (Essential)
- Maths 50% and English 50% (Advantageous)
Experience
- Experience in a customer-facing retail/FMCG role (Advantageous)
