Introduction

Clicks is seeking 20 Shop Assistants / Cashiers to join their stores in Volksrust and surrounding areas. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, maintaining an efficient point-of-sale environment, and ensuring high merchandising standards that contribute to a positive shopping experience.

Key Job Objectives

• Efficiently perform all point-of-sale (POS) operational activities.
• Accurately scan merchandise and process payments, including ClubCard rewards.
• Ensure safe and responsible handling of cash at all times.
• Proactively promote and register new customers for Clicks ClubCard.
• Inform customers about promotions to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
• Deliver outstanding customer service as a visible and professional brand ambassador.
• Maintain store merchandising, displays, and housekeeping in line with Clicks’ standards.
• Support the company vision of being South Africa’s preferred health and beauty retailer.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and store events.
