Overview
DHL Supply Chain South Africa is offering 25 YES 4 Youth Learnership opportunities to empower young South Africans with workplace experience, professional development, and entry into the logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Learn and apply an in-depth understanding of client requirements
- Gain hands-on operational experience in loading, offloading, and general warehouse functions
- Ensure correct and safe use of equipment; report faults timeously
- Record and report any non-conformances related to customer merchandise
- Follow DHL operating procedures, delivery processes, and safety protocols at all times
- Work within assigned operational areas as allocated by Team Leaders and Managers
- Execute tasks accurately and maintain the highest level of integrity and professionalism
Minimum Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12) with English and Maths / Maths Literacy โ Essential
- South African citizen, aged 18โ29
- Unemployed and available for a full 12-month learnership
- BBBEE candidates only (as per YES Programme requirements)
- Desirable but not required:
- Code 08/Code B driverโs licence
- Valid Forklift / Reach Truck licence
