Key Responsibilities

Act as a brand ambassador and deliver an exceptional customer experience
Exceed customer expectations by identifying solutions and recommending the right products
Track and drive sales performance against set targets
Sell a diverse range of fashion and décor products
Stay updated on the latest trends
Actively look for new sales opportunities
Assist with stock replenishment to ensure the store is always customer-ready
Maintain excellent store standards and presentation

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 / Matric
Passion for people and customer service
Target-driven mindset
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
Ability to work independently and take initiative
