About the Role
Clicks Group is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Shop Assistant / Cashier to deliver excellent service, support smooth store operations, and create a positive shopping experience for every customer.
This role combines customer service, point-of-sale duties, merchandising, and general store support.
Key Responsibilities
Point of Sale (POS) Operations
- Accurately scan merchandise and process payments
- Handle cash safely and follow all cash-handling procedures
- Process Clicks ClubCard rewards and promote new sign-ups
Customer Service
- Act as a friendly and professional brand ambassador
- Assist customers with product information, promotions, and queries
- Maintain visibility on the floor to enhance the customer experience
Merchandising & Housekeeping
- Maintain store displays and merchandising standards
- Ensure the store is clean, organised, and well-stocked
- Support visual merchandising and store layout guidelines
- Keep product knowledge updated for effective customer assistance
Sales Support
- Promote ongoing promotions and deals
- Contribute to overall store sales by providing excellent service
- Support Clicksโ vision of being the customerโs first-choice health & beauty retailer

Education:

Experience:
