Introduction

Role Purpose

To deliver service excellence through efficient customer service, accurate point-of-sale (POS) operations, and effective merchandising, ensuring customers enjoy a positive and consistent shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute all POS operations accurately and efficiently
• Handle cash, card, and electronic payments safely
• Maintain high levels of accuracy when scanning merchandise
• Promote Clicks ClubCard and enrol new members
• Inform customers of promotions and specials
• Support merchandising and housekeeping standards
• Deliver friendly, professional customer service

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric
• Basic numeracy and computer literacy
• Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail
• Previous retail/cashier experience (advantageous)
