Role Purpose
As a Sales Associate, you will act as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional customer service while driving sales performance through expert product knowledge, trend awareness, and proactive selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the brand and deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored fashion solutions
- Actively track sales performance against targets
- Sell across a diverse product range and stay up to date with fashion trends
- Identify and pursue opportunities to generate new sales
- Assist with stock replenishment to keep the store customer-ready
- Support merchandising and store standards at all times
Qualifications & Experience
- Grade 12 / Matric (required)
- Previous retail or sales experience (advantageous)
