Role Purpose

As a Sales Associate, you will act as a brand ambassador, delivering excellent customer experiences while driving sales through proactive selling, product knowledge, and consistent in-store standards.

Key Responsibilities

Represent the brand and provide an exceptional customer experience
Identify customer needs and offer tailored product solutions
Actively track sales performance against set targets
Sell across a diverse product range while keeping up with fashion and décor trends
Identify opportunities to generate new sales
Assist with stock replenishment to keep the store customer-ready
Support merchandising standards and store presentation

Qualifications & Experience

Grade 12 / Matric (required)
Previous retail or sales experience (advantageous)
