Introduction
Clicks Group is recruiting 47 Shop Assistant / Cashier positions across multiple stores in Gauteng, Mpumalanga, Limpopo, Western Cape, KwaZulu-Natal, Sandton, Centurion, Polokwane, Musina, Thohoyandou, and Eswatini (Manzini & Matsapha).
These roles focus on delivering service excellence through efficient customer service, point-of-sale (POS) operations, and in-store merchandising to ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service in line with Clicks service standards
- Execute POS activities accurately, including scanning and cash handling
- Promote promotions, ClubCard participation, and in-store campaigns
- Maintain high levels of accuracy and stock presentation
- Support merchandising standards and housekeeping
- Ensure compliance with cash handling and store procedures
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Basic computer literacy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Previous retail/cashier experience is advantageous
