Role Overview
Sales Associates are responsible for delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, and ensuring stores are visually appealing and operationally ready.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and in-store experience
- Promote and sell brand products effectively
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Assist with stock replenishment and visual merchandising
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately
- Maintain store cleanliness and organisation
Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for retail, fashion, sportswear or homeware (brand-dependent)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Target-driven with a customer-focused mindset
- Previous retail experience is an advantage but not mandatory
