Job Overview
Totalsports is recruiting a motivated Sales Associate (120hr) for its Bredasdorp store. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service, sales performance, and sports-inspired retail. The successful candidate will support daily store operations while delivering a consistently high-quality customer experience aligned with brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador by delivering professional and engaging customer service
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions
- Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding store targets
- Maintain accurate sales tracking and contribute to overall store performance
- Keep up to date with product ranges, fashion, and sportswear trends
- Identify opportunities to increase sales through proactive customer engagement
- Assist with stock replenishment to ensure the store is customer-ready at all times
- Maintain merchandising and housekeeping standards in line with company guidelines
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate
