Overview
Assmang Limited invites motivated and dedicated individuals to apply for the Engineering 18.2 Learnership Programme at Black Rock Mine Operations.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates who want to build a long-term career in the mining and engineering sector. The programme is aligned with the Mining Qualifications Authority (MQA) and is structured around accredited unit standards.
As learners successfully complete prescribed unit standards, credits are recorded on the MQA database. Upon completion, learners will:
- Receive an MQA-accredited qualification
- Be required to complete a formal Trade Test
This programme provides structured technical training combined with practical mining industry exposure.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 Certificate (Mathematics & Science required)
- N2/N3 Engineering Studies (Required)
- Dover โBโ Symbol (Required)
- Pass the Technical Test Battery Assessment (Required)
- English literacy
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Valid Driverโs License Code B/EB (Advantageous)
