Key Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service that reflects the GALXBOY brand culture.
Develop expert product knowledge to advise customers on fits, fabrics, and trends.
Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep the store presentable.
Provide fashion inspiration and guidance to customers.
Handle transactions quickly and accurately, using digital tools confidently.
Thrive under festive season pressure — managing queues, high traffic, and late hours.

Entry Requirements

Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent.
Young, energetic, and passionate about fashion, culture, and customer service.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Flexible availability — weekends, holidays, and extended trading hours.
Prior retail experience is an advantage, but a great attitude and energy are essential.

Contract Details

Fixed-term contract: 1 November 2025 – 31 January 2026.
