Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service that reflects the GALXBOY brand culture.
• Develop expert product knowledge to advise customers on fits, fabrics, and trends.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep the store presentable.
• Provide fashion inspiration and guidance to customers.
• Handle transactions quickly and accurately, using digital tools confidently.
• Thrive under festive season pressure — managing queues, high traffic, and late hours.

Entry Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent.
• Young, energetic, and passionate about fashion, culture, and customer service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexible availability — weekends, holidays, and extended trading hours.
• Prior retail experience is an advantage, but a great attitude and energy are essential.

Contract Details

• Fixed-term contract: 1 November 2025 – 31 January 2026.
