Overview
Fidelity Services Group, a leader in security and investigations, is looking for a detail-oriented Billing Clerk (LSS/Guarding Administrator) to join the Fidelity ADT division in Midrand. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely invoicing in SAP, contributing to the efficiency and profitability of Guarding and LSS operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Process invoices daily, weekly, and monthly in SAP.
- Ensure billing accuracy and meet strict deadlines.
- Prepare and process credit memos when required.
- Generate billing reports, Guarding profitability reports, and LSS profitability reports across regions.
- Prepare Guarding costing reports and other related financial documents.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process simplification and automation.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects as required.
Entry Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12) certificate.
- Minimum of 3 yearsโ billing experience (essential).
- SAP Billing experience (essential).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and computer literacy.
