Overview:
Mod Royal Funeral Parlour is currently seeking a dedicated and well-organized Administrative Secretary to join our team. This position requires a professional who is proficient in office administration, communication, and secretarial support. The successful candidate will contribute to the smooth day-to-day operations of the Molepolole branch and ensure efficient handling of administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
-Provide secretarial and administrative support to management and staff
-Prepare, file, and manage documents, reports, and correspondence
-Schedule meetings and maintain calendars for relevant personnel
-Handle incoming calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a professional manner
-Ensure efficient use of office supplies and maintain office organization
-Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company policies
-Assist with basic HR and clerical functions as needed
Requirements & Skills:
Qualifications:
-Certificate in Human Resource Management or a related field
-Minimum of 2 yearsโ experience in a secretarial or administrative role
Skills & Competencies:
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
-Professional demeanor and a high level of discretion
-Capable of working independently and under pressure
