Overview:
HSNV Group Ltd, a 100% Citizen-owned Development Management Company, is recruiting site construction staff for its Nata–Gweta Road Reconstruction Project. The company is seeking two experienced Building Quality Inspectors / Clerks of Works to oversee the construction of a permanent office and 15 staff houses with associated external civil works.

Position Purpose:
The successful candidates will be responsible for inspection and supervision of all construction works, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards as per local and international best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

-Inspect construction work and ensure compliance with drawings and specifications

-Measure and check the quality of building materials used

-Identify defects and recommend corrective actions

-Monitor progress and report to the construction manager, architect, and client

-Keep accurate records of all work between the site and office

-Liaise with contractors, engineers, and surveyors

-Take photographs and measurements of construction works

-Ensure health, safety, legal, and ecological regulations are met

Requirements:

Qualifications & Experience:

-NCC/HND in Buildings, Civil Construction, or a related field

-Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in small to large-scale projects

-Strong knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and inspection

-Building Inspection certification (advantageous)

-Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

-Strong organizational and leadership abilities

-Familiarity with safety, environmental, and quality standards
